People are finally starting to realize how special of a talent Jedrick Wills Jr. can be on the next level. A mauling presence at right tackle for the Crimson Tide, Wills also brings balance as a pass protector.

Granted, there is still work that needs to be done as far as improving foot quickness and technique, but the ceiling is absolutely there to be a future Pro Bowl offensive lineman.

It will be interesting to see if Wills remains at right tackle in the NFL, as he could instantly provide a significant upgrade at offensive guard for a lot of teams. He seems capable of playing three of the five line positions effectively.

If he chooses to leave early, look for 6-7, 360-pound Neal, who excelled at left guard as a true freshman, to kick out to right tackle to take Wills’ place.

What he should do? Leave.
