Alabama football makes move in Amway Coaches Poll for Week 10

Alabama was finally able to make a move in the latest Amway Coaches Poll, powered by USA TODAY Sports. So, where did they end up?

The Alabama Crimson Tide did not take the field in Week 9. After six consecutive weeks of having a game, Nick Saban and his team had an open week to regroup and get healthy for a late push for another SEC title and potential College Football Playoff spot.

Oddly enough, Alabama didn’t make a move in the polls until they were off this past weekend. After being at No. 2 throughout the entire season, the Crimson Tide finally jumped to No. 1 in the latest Amway Coaches Poll, powered by USA TODAY Sports for Week 10.

Clemson had been ranked No. 1, but the Tigers dropped to No. 4 after a 47-40 loss to Notre Dame, who climbed all the way to No. 2 in the latest poll.

Here are the complete poll results from Week 10 of college football.
