Blackshire saw action on special teams as both a true freshman in 2021 and as a sophomore in 2022. Blackshire remains a promising inside linebacker prospect but could still be a year away from earning a starting spot for the Tide. His role on special teams remains a critical piece of the puzzle in 2023.
