The Alabama Crimson Tide had a fantastic National Signing Day. The Tide started strong early morning, and never backed down. Even in the afternoon, the Crimson Tide continued to rack in some BIG name commitments.

By the end of Wednesday, the Tide finished NSD with the No. 2 recruiting class, according to 247 Sports Composite. Here’s how the Tide wrapped up the day.

RB, Jase McClellan (247 Sports Composite ranking: 4-star)

High School: Aledo High School in Aledo, Texas.

McClellan is the No. 6 prospect in Texas, No. 8 running back in the nation and top 50 prospect in the nation.

McClellan was one of the biggest flips of the day. He had been a strong commit to Oklahoma, but ended up flipping to Alabama. He’s speed and skill will create a dynamic force in the RB position. With three RB commitments in the 2020 class, Alabama’s offense isn’t slowing down anytime soon.

WR, Traeshon Holden (247 Sports Composite ranking: 4-star)

High School: Narbonne High School in Harbor City, California.

Holden is a top 20 prospect in California, top 40 wide receiver in the nation and, top 200 prospect in the nation.

Holden is a fantastic wide receiver that will for sure be a threat for the Tide. He has tremendous footwork and field vision.

All in all, it was a FANTASTIC Signing Day for the Crimson Tide.

Who else is excited to see what 2020 holds?!

Roll Tide!
