The Los Angeles Rams could not contain Trey McBride all Saturday. It took a lucky carom to save their victory.
Kyler Murray tried to connect with the Arizona Cardinals tight end for his 13th catch and it proved unlucky. The ball deflected off McBride and a diving Ahkello Witherspoon came up with the interception to save a 13-9 victory at SoFi Stadium.
The win was the Rams’ 10th and puts them in a position to clinch the NFC West depending on results of other games in Week 17.
Deflected and PICKED in the end zone. What a grab by Witherspoon!

The Rams can still clinch the NFC West this week.
They’d need at least 2.5 combined wins from the following teams: Bills, Browns, Vikings, Commanders and 49ers. pic.twitter.com/DRHF2ODAhs
