Aggies legends to suit up for flag football game

With spring practices coming to a close, the Aggies football program is preparing for the annual Maroon and White game, on Saturday.  When the current roster completes the first half of their work, the alumni will take the field for the annual Letterman’s Association Aggie Legends Flag Football Game.

Nearly 40 Alumni of the Aggie football program will don the flag belts for old times sake. Two teams, named for important Aggies, Legendary running back John David Crow, and long time athletics department staffer Billy Pickard. Former wide receiver Mike Evans (Crow), and former 12th Man Cullen Gillaspia (Pickard) will serve as the team’s head coaches, while 2012 heisman trophy winner Johnny Manziel will serve as the all-time quarterback.

The honorary coach for the game will be Tank Marshall.
