Overslept? Flat tire? Who knows…
Stefon Diggs is oddly absent from Bills mandatory minicamp but his agent shared an update on Tuesday.
Adisa Bakari told ESPN’s Adam Schefter that the All-Pro receiver is in Buffalo and he will be there for the”entirety of the minicamp.”
That update comes as a puzzling one.
Tuesday was the first date for the three-day minicamp. At the top, Buffalo head coach Sean McDermott spoke and immediately indicated that Diggs was not at workouts.
McDermott did not provide much in terms of detail, only stating that he was “very concerned.”
Diggs, 29, has made cryptic comments throughout the offseason on social media and during interviews. He went on to not show up to voluntary workouts but once they became mandatory this week it was anticipated that Diggs would be there.
Schefter’s full update can be found below:
Stefon Diggs’ agent, Adisa Bakari, said his client is in Buffalo, has been in Buffalo since yesterday morning, took his physical, met with the head coach and GM the past two days and the Pro-Bowl WR “will be there for the entirety of the minicamp.”

It’s unclear where Diggs is actually, physically located.
The coach says he is not at the team’s facility in Orchard Park. Diggs’ representatives say he’s going to “be there for the entirety of the minicamp.”
Potentially, the update could be that Diggs will be there for the entirety… starting on Wednesday, Day 2 of the three days’ worth of workouts.
A major curveball.
Stay tuned to Bills Wire for the latest updates from minicamp throughout this week.
