Chase Bisontis took an official visit to Rutgers football over the weekend, the top prospect in New Jersey making yet another visit to the Big Ten football program. And it appears that the most recent visit has Bisontis trending towards Rutgers and away from an SEC program – at least for the moment.
The four-star recruit, a top 50 player in the nation, is planning to make his decision come July. He is one of the nation’s premier left tackles and plays for powerhouse Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey, N.J.).
Following the weekend visit, the On3 Prediction Machine has Bisontis at 30.2 percent for Rutgers football. In second is Texas A&M at 24.5 percent. LSU (17.8 percent), Ohio State (8.2 percent) and Michigan State (5.5 percent) round out the top five projections from On3 for Bisontis.
Prior to the visit, Texas A&M was in the lead followed by Rutgers.
