Will the Bills not have to worry about Patriots quarterback Tom Brady… finally?
His future in New England has been a topic of speculation for some time now. But over the weekend, some new potential landing spots started grabbing some attention.
According to two separate reports, the Chargers and the Raiders are two teams that could chase Brady this offseason, if he becomes available.
Starting with the Chargers, they very much have an opening for a quarterback as its expected that they’re moving on from Phillip Rivers after he has spent his entire career there. Rivers even moved his family to Florida.
The Raiders do have Derek Carr under center and could view Brady as an upgrade. Looking even further down that rabbit hole, the Raiders in Oakland are no more. It’s the Las Vegas Raiders now and making a big splash like signing Brady could certainly be an attention grabber in their new city.
If the Bills do see their AFC East rival in Brady skip town, he’ll be out of the division. But maybe not completely out of sight. Buffalo is slated to play the Chargers at home and the Raiders on the road in 2020.
