AEW Dynamite results: Danielson-Garcia II, and a potential big return

Get full results for AEW Dynamite from Charleston on August 17, 2022, with Bryan Danielson and Daniel Garcia in a 2 out of 3 falls match.

Is it time for the return of the Best Bout Machine?

That seems to be a big possibility as AEW Dynamite rolls into Charleston, West Virginia, for the first time in three years. The Young Bucks want to compete in the trios title tournament, but the Undisputed Elite gave them the bum’s rush, and Hangman Adam Page turned them down. They have a mystery partner planned for their match against Andrade El Idolo, Rush and Dragon Lee, and well, you do the math.

That’s far from all AEW has planned on what looks like an exciting card. Daniel Garcia took a big step forward with a victory over Bryan Danielson a few weeks back, but their battle is from over. They’ll meet again in Charleston, this time in a best-of-three-falls match that’s almost guaranteed to be a barnburner.

It’s also only been a week since another top AEW star returned to the fold, as in the AEW World Champion CM Punk. He’ll appear on Dynamite to speak for the first time since he went on the shelf due to injury, and will undoubtedly address his much anticipated title unification bout with interim champ Jon Moxley.

But wait, that’s not even all of it. Other matches announced for Dynamite include Toni Storm facing KiLynn King, and the Gunn Club battling the Varsity Blonds.

All of that sounds like good reason to cancel whatever late summer plans you had for this evening to turn on TBS for a few hours. Or, you know, you can follow along here, because we’re going to update this post with the latest AEW Dynamite results, served up hot and fresh as they go down.
