Adem Bona showing out at NBA Combine.

Plenty of discussion has been made about the upcoming NBA draft and where guys will line up during the event. UCLA star Adem Bona was able to complete his first scrimmage of the NBA combine event.

Bona was able to play just under 20:00 in the game. Bona did foul out, which is nothing unusual for Bruins fans to see. During those 20:00 on the court, Bona was 3 for 7 from the field, for 6 points, while recording 5 rebounds, and dishing out 2 assists. He also recorded a steal.

Bona played on Team St. Andrews and got the start as the center. His team was led by Bayler Schierman of Creighton with 17 and Antonio Reeves of Kentucky also adding 17. Bona was also able to play alongside former USC guard Bronny James.

The other team – Team Forehan-Kelly saw K.J. Simpson, formerly of Colorado come off the bench and score a team-high 16 points.

Kris Johnson tweeted out the box score of the first combine game:

The NBA combine continues through May 16th. The NBA Draft is set for June 26-27th.
