Aaron Rodgers’ and Davante Adams’ cryptic reference to ‘The Last Dance’ on Instagram, explained

This doesn’t look good for the Packers.

It’s still the offseason in the NFL so that means it’s still cryptic social media post season. And Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams are the MVPs so far.

Their future with the Packers is up in the air. Rodgers seems to want the Packers to trade him elsewhere after yet another season where he fell short with the team. This isn’t new, though. His relationship with the organization has been rocky for a while.

What is relatively new, though, is Davante Adams’ future with the Packers being up in the air. He tweeted something cryptic about never knowing what the future holds in June.

These two seem to be on the same wavelength as far as their future with the Packers goes. If that wasn’t certain before, it definitely is now after their latest cryptic posts on Instagrm.

They both shared a picture of Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen from “The Last Dance” on Instagram.

Yikes. There’s definitely something here. This doesn’t feel like just a troll — this has meaning. And there might be a couple of ways to interpret this.

First, they could be saying that this season is their last dance with the Packers. They could be saying they’re willing to run things back one more time before getting out of Green Bay.

OR. Or. They could be saying they’ve already done their last dance with the Packers. The last dance is over and it was last season. And neither plan on being back next year.

Regardless, things don’t look good for the Packers or their fans. At all.
