Aaron Donald isn’t currently in Los Angeles for OTAs with the Rams, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t still working out on his own. He certainly is, doing so back home in Pittsburgh with his usual trainer.
He’s working on his footwork and agility, which is only part of what makes him the dominant player that he is. Even after vacationing for a little bit to celebrate his birthday, Donald looks like he’s in mid-season form already.

If you were at all worried about Donald missing OTAs, don’t be. He’ll be ready for the regular season when September rolls around.
