Aaron Donald shares his 300-rep ab workout to do at home

Aaron Donald doesn’t look like your typical NFL defensive tackle. He’s chiseled like a running back and moves like one, too. It’s no surprise that he looks the way he does, considering how often he works out both during the season and in the offseason.

Donald has shared many videos of his footwork and pass-rush drills, as well as his work in the gym. But this latest video of Donald posted by the Rams is directed toward fans looking to get a six-pack like the five-time All-Pro’s.

Donald went through his ab workout, which consists of 300 reps ranging from side planks to crunches. It’s not an easy regimen, of course, but it does show just how much work Donald puts in to look the way he does.

Donald obviously does a lot more than just this 300-rep workout, but this is a good set of exercises to do during this time of isolation and social distancing while gyms are closed.
