LSU’s heading to Omaha.
The Tigers are back in the College World Series for the first time since 2017 and will open against Tennessee on Saturday night. The Vols and LSU will be joined on their side of the bracket by Wake Forest and Stanford.
Until the final, it’s an eight-team field and a double-elimination tournament. It follows the same structure as a regional, just twice the size. The two teams that emerge from the tournament then play a best-of-three final.
The final is scheduled for June 24-26.
Before play gets underway, here’s a look at the other teams in LSU’s bracket.
