After an excruciatingly ling wait, Bedlam is officially here. Oklahoma and Oklahoma State are set to renew their in-state rivalry for the 115th time on Saturday and, as usual this decade, there’s a lot more than bragging rights on the line.
A win certainly won’t guarantee either team a conference championship, but it might just open the door for them to clinch a spot in Arlington by winning out. Meanwhile, the losing team will almost certainly be eliminated from college football playoff (and potentially Big 12) contention.
In Oklahoma State, the Sooners find themselves facing the best defense they’ve seen all year coupled with an offense that has the talent but often has a hard time getting off the ground.
Each week we take a deep dive into every starting player on Oklahoma’s opponent. For the sake of comparison, check out our deep dive on the Sooners themselves from last week’s bye. Other than that, let’s get right into the Cowboys.
