After a season for the ages, the UNC baseball team still has some players in the spotlight as three were named to the All-Star team for the Coastal Plain League.
It has been announced that Brandon Eike, Dalton Pence, and Carson Starnes have been named to the Coastal Plain League All-Star game.
Freshman pitcher Pence is set to start for the West all-stars, giving UNC fans a glimpse of what’s to come to the Boshamer Stadium soon. The other freshman, Starnes, will be another to watch take the mound in the all-star game. Lastly, Sophomore Eike, who appeared in four games for UNC this season as a pinch hitter and once starting as a designated hitter, will be another player that UNC fans will be eager to watch.

The game is set to take place July 10th in Holly Springs, N.C. to showcase these young athletes.
