Michigan State football has extended an offer to a three-star defensive back from the Lone Star State.
Braylon Edwards of Duncanville, Texas announced earlier this week that he’s received an offer from the Spartans. Edwards is a three-star defensive back in the 2026 class.
Edwards ranks as the No. 58 safety in 247Sports’ rankings for the 2026 class. He’s also listed as the No. 103 player from the state of Texas.
Michigan State is one of nearly 10 schools to offer Edwards, according to 247Sports. He also holds offers from Arizona State, North Texas, Coastal Carolina, Lamar, SMU and Texas A&M Commerce.
