ESPN College GameDay will be at Texas vs. Texas A&M

ESPN College GameDay will be on hand when the Texas Longhorns try to win its way into the SEC championship game against Rival Texas A&M.

With Texas’ 31-14 win over Kentucky, next week’s rivalry renewal with Texas A&M will be for a Longhorns berth into the SEC championship game. The hype is going to be historic.

Case in point, ESPN College GameDay has announced it will be in College Station for the game. College GameDay was in College Station for the Aggies Week 1 matchup with Notre Dame and in Austin for Horns game against Georgia.

Rece Davis, in his 10th season as GameDay host, will be joined by analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee and Nick Saban. College football insider Pete Thamel, betting expert “Stanford Steve” Coughlin and reporters Jen Lada and Jess Sims will all be on hand. Lee Corso will also be on hand if his health permits.

The Longhorns are 9-1 and currently in first place in the SEC in the program’s first season in the conference. Game time next Saturday will be 6:30 PM CT.
