Milwaukee was just 1-3 in the preseason, as well as 0-4 against the spread (ATS) and 0-4 O/U. This will be its first home game of the season.

Bulls at Bucks picks and predictions

Prediction

Bucks 120, Bulls 108

Moneyline

PASS.

There’s no reason to take the moneyline here. Fiserv Forum will be rocking Friday, and the Bucks (-400) should be able to come out on top. Yet, they are far too expensive to take here.

Against the spread

BET BUCKS -9.5 (-110).

The Bucks got just 25 points from their 2-time league MVP Antetokounmpo Wednesday, and he even went just 9 of 16 from the free-throw line. Milwaukee’s crowd should be rocking, and it showed its prowess against a solid 76ers side to open the season. The Bucks shot 54% from the field and 43% from deep.

The Bulls shot just 29% on the road to open the season and had 21 turnovers. This should be a similar game for Chicago, especially given the Bucks are a better team than New Orleans. With this still below a double-digit spread, back BUCKS -9.5 (-110), as they have the more efficient offense and should put on a show at home.

Over/Under

BET UNDER 233.5 (-110).

The Bucks held the 76ers to 109 points in their season-opening game, and Philadelphia has a capable offense with several scoring guards, much like Chicago.

Similarly, the Bulls scored just 111 in their first game of the season and had numerous turnovers. They may struggle against a longer and larger Milwaukee defense. The teams were a combined 4-5 O/U in the preseason.

Given this lofty total and the Bulls’ unstable offense, take UNDER 233.5 (-110).
