The Texas Longhorns are once again No. 1 in the latest AP Top 25. This is the second week in a row UT has been No. 1 and the fourth week overall.

Texas is also No. 1 in the latest US LBM Coaches Poll.

After losing to Oregon, the Ohio State Buckeyes dropped to No. 4 while the Ducks take over the No. 2 spot. Fresh off a come-from-behind win at Southern Cal, Penn State moves up to No. 3.

The Georgia Bulldogs, Texas’ next opponent, remained at No. 5 in the AP Poll. After losing to LSU in OT, Ole Miss dropped nine spots to No. 18. The Tennessee Volunteers fell three spots, despite holding on to beat Florida.

The Michigan Wolverines returned to the ranking at No. 24. And in what seems like a throwback to the 1940s, Army and Navy have both joined the poll at No. 23 and No. 25 respectively.
