Huskers offer playmaking wide receiver

Nebraska football extended another offer to another wide receiver on Wednesday night.

A class of 2026 wide receiver announced an offer from the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Tyl’an Fortune plays for Leake Central High School in Carthage, Mississippi.

Fortune is not ranked in the 247Sports Composite or regular rankings. His recruitment has recently picked up, as the Ole Miss Rebels offered him on October 9.

He has had a successful start to the season for Leake Central High School. He has recorded 570 receiving yards on 31 receptions and has tallied eight touchdowns, according to statistics from Maxpreps.com.

Nebraska has made the wide receiver position one of focus in recruiting. Just recently, they picked up a commitment from Dveyoun Bonwell-Witte, who is also a member of the 2026 class.
