The New York Giants will continue their regular season slate against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday afternoon at Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington.
Despite the extra rest, the Giants will limp into the Week 5 game with rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers (concussion) officially ruled out.
“Malik, still in concussion protocol, making progress, but he’s not going to make it,” head coach Brian Daboll told reporters. “We won’t travel him. Keep him home. He’ll be inside today. He is making progress, but we’re going to do everything we can do to get him as healthy and right as we can.”
Meanwhile, running back Devin Singletary and cornerbacks Adoree’ Jackson and Andru Phillips were able to do more work on Friday but are still uncertain for kickoff on Sunday.
“Trending in the right direction,” Daboll said.
