The Kansas City Chiefs are warming up at SoFi Stadium ahead of their Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers, and eagle-eyed fans spotted something unique as the defending champions loosened up.
Kansas City’s wide receivers seem to be offering some moral support to star tight end Travis Kelce, who has gotten off to a slow start in the Chiefs’ 2024 regular season campaign.
Perhaps hoping to help his production rebound against the Chargers, Kansas City’s pass-catchers wore Kelce-themed shirts as they went through their pre-game routines.
Check out these pictures of the shirts, which were posted to Twitter by CBS Sports Lead NFL Reporter Tracy Wolfson:

Though it appears that there weren’t enough shirts for rookie wide receiver Xavier Worthy to get in on the gag, Rashee Rice was among the Chiefs spotted wearing the supportive garb on the sideline.
Stay tuned to see if this pre-game ritual helps Kelce get back on track against Los Angeles this weekend.
