Week 3 of the 2024 college football season was a wild one. The top-ranked team nearly suffered a loss on the road to an unranked team, the latest US LBM Coaches Poll reflects the much-warranted fluctuation in the rankings.
A minor shakeup inside the top-10 shows just how volatile these rankings can be. Some teams looked dominant; others appeared feeble and capable of losing a few games.
As the season progresses, we will get a better idea as to what each team’s identity is and what they are capable of. For now, we just have to sit back and watch the teams and coaches navigate the early portion of the season.
