Watch Texas A&M 2025 4-star LB commit wreak havoc in the backfield

Watch 2025 4-star LB and Aggie commit Kelvion Riggins show off his impressive athleticism

Texas A&M’s 2025 recruiting class is versatile from a talent perspective, as head coach Mike Elko and defensive coordinator Jay Bateman have a vision for a program that is clearly on the rise despite some of the on-field play amid the 2024 season.

One of the class’s first commits, 4-star linebacker Kelvion Riggins, has completely bought into Elko’s vision for the future. He knows that as soon as he steps on campus, he might be too talented to keep off the field. Just a few games into his senior season at Forney HS in Forney, Texas, The speedy backer has continued to make an impact outside his regular off-ball duties.

On Friday, Riggins showed off his speed as a pass rusher. The senior leads his team in pressures while averaging nine tackles per game this season. For every linebacker entering the collegiate ranks, the ability to move around the defensive line and provide pressure in the backfield will only add to each player’s skillset, leading to NFL scouts taking notice.

Kelvion Riggins is currently positioned as the 3rd-ranked inside linebacker prospect, the 36th-ranked regional prospect, and the 26th-ranked prospect in Texas.
