OTTAWA (-110) is a strong play in the nation’s capital. While Toronto has dominated the series of late, this might be the best Redblacks team in the past few years.

This would be a slam-dunk play if not for a complete disappearing act by Ottawa last week against BC in the second end of a back-to-back set.

However, Toronto has dropped 3 in a row on the road, while going 1-4 SU away from home this season, too.

Against the spread

BACKING OTTAWA -1.5 (+100) at even-money is an even better play than the moneyline, unless you strongly believe Toronto +1.5 (-120) is going to win by just a single point.
