Toronto Argonauts at Ottawa Redblacks odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Saturday’s Toronto Argonauts at Ottawa Redblacks Week 21 odds and lines, with expert CFL picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Toronto Argonauts (15-2) and Ottawa Redblacks (4-13) meet Saturday. Kickoff from TD Place is at 7 p.m. ET (CFL+/TSN). Below, we analyze FanDuel Sportsbook’s lines around the Argonauts vs. Redblacks odds, and make our expert CFL picks and predictions.

The 1st-place Argonauts failed to cover the spread as 9-point favorites in a 29-26 win at the Saskatchewan Roughriders as the Over (50.5) hit last Saturday. Toronto can set a franchise record for wins in a season with a victory at Ottawa.

The Redblacks failed to cover as 9-point underdogs with a 40-27 loss at the Argonauts as the Over (49) cashed Oct. 14 before their bye last week. Ottawa will miss the playoffs for a 4th straight year.

Argonauts at Redblacks picks and predictions

Prediction

Argonauts 27, Redblacks 20

Moneyline

Ottawa only has 1 win in its last 11 games.

Toronto has only 1 loss in its last 10.

The Argonauts won 44-31 as 10-point home favorites in the 1st head-to-head meeting this season Aug. 13, in addition to their double-digit win Oct. 14.

BET ARGONAUTS (-115).

Against the spread

All of the Argonauts’ wins this season have been by 3 or more points.

Twelve of the Redblacks’ 13 losses have been by 2 or more points.

Toronto is 12-5 ATS overall, while Ottawa is 6-11 ATS.

With such a small spread, the payout is almost the same as betting the moneyline, only with the moneyline you don’t run the risk of the loss on a 1-point win.

PASS.

Over/Under

Two of the last 3 games for Ottawa have failed to reach 50 total points after 6 of the previous 7 did.

Only 3 of the last 7 for the Argonauts have had a total reach 50 points, although the last 3 meetings between the teams have had totals of at least 60.

As Toronto looks ahead to the postseason, having locked up a spot in the Eastern Final, this likely will turn into a game in which they coast in the final half.

BET UNDER 49.5 (-115).

Toronto Argonauts at Saskatchewan Roughriders odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Saturday’s Toronto Argonauts at Saskatchewan Roughriders odds and lines, with expert CFL picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Toronto Argonauts (14-2) and Saskatchewan Roughriders (6-11) meet Saturday for a Week 20 matchup at Mosaic Stadium in Regina, Saskatchewan. Kickoff for is set for 4 p.m. ET (TSN/CFL+). Below, we analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s lines around the Argonauts vs. Roughriders odds, and make our expert CFL picks and predictions.

The Argonauts are locked into the No. 1 overall spot heading into the postseason, so there isn’t a lot to play for in this regular-season finale.

The Roughriders need a win and a loss by the Calgary Stampeders against the BC Lions for Saskatchewan to get to the postseason. A win by the Stamps doesn’t necessarily eliminate the Roughriders, should Saskatchewan also win. The final spot would come down to Calgary’s Week 21 result against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

The Argos and Riders met once this season, a neutral-site game at Huskies Stadium on the campus of Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia,  on July 29 for “Touchdown Atlantic”. Toronto fired out to a 21-0 lead at halftime before Saskatchewan notched a field goal at 5:40 of the third quarter. The Argos ended up winning 31-13, covering a 10-point spread as the Under (48.5) connected.

The weather forecast calls for temperatures in the lower 50’s, with mostly cloudy conditions and a slight breeze of 4-7 mph, which is beautiful compared to the upcoming week’s forecast calling for temperatures in the 30’s with snow moving in Monday night, piling up to 6-8 inches, before tapering off Saturday.

Argonauts at Roughriders picks and predictions

Prediction

Argonauts 29, Roughriders 18

Moneyline

Toronto (-500) has had the division and top overall seed locked up for a while, but it hasn’t taken its foot off the gas. The Argos have won 7 of the past 8 games overall, while Saskatchewan (+360) has dropped 6 straight games despite still being alive for a postseason spot it could have clinched long ago. This is the last chance for the Riders to play and help themselves, as Saskatchewan has a bye in the final regular-season Week 21.

PASS.

Against the spread

It is tempting to play Saskatchewan +9.5 (-110), as you have to figure it will ball out with plenty left to play for. TORONTO -9.5 (-110) has nothing to play for except pride, but it has been extremely prideful in recent weeks, going 4-2 ATS in the past 6 games overall, while cashing in 11-4 ATS overall on the season.

The Argos belted the Riders by 18 points in Halifax on July 29 as a 10-point favorite, and Toronto should hurt Saskatchewan’s postseason chances with a costly loss for the Roughriders.

Over/Under

UNDER 50.5 (-110) is the lean, but go lightly.

The total has gone low in 4 of the past 5 games for Toronto, as well as its Week 8 matchup against Saskatchewan in “Touchdown Atlantic”.

While the Over has cashed in 9 of the past 10 games for the Roughriders, the Under did hit in last week’s 26-19 loss at Calgary. It marked the first time Saskatchewan allowed fewer than 30 points since Aug. 20.

Ottawa Redblacks at Toronto Argonauts odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Saturday’s Ottawa Redblacks at Toronto Argonauts Week 19 odds and lines, with expert CFL picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Ottawa Redblacks (4-12) and Toronto Argonauts (13-2) meet Saturday at BMO Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET (CFL+/TSN). Below, we analyze FanDuel Sportsbook’s lines around the Redblacks vs. Argonauts odds, and make our expert CFL picks and predictions.

The Redblacks failed to cover the spread as 6-point underdogs in a 29-3 loss Monday at the Montreal Alouettes as the Under (45.5) cashed. Ottawa has lost 9 of its last 10 games, going 3-7 against the spread (ATS) over that stretch.

The Argonauts covered as 7.5-point home favorites with a 35-12 win vs. the Edmonton Elks as the Under (50.5) hit Oct. 6. Toronto will rest RB AJ Ouellette Saturday since it has already clinched 1st in the East.

The Argonauts won the 1st meeting this season, covering as 10-point home favorites in a 44-31 victory as the Over (47) hit Aug. 13.

Redblacks at Argonauts picks and predictions

Prediction

Argonauts 24, Redblacks 20

Moneyline

The Argonauts (-400) should hand Ottawa its 10th loss in 11 games, but laying -400 with a team that has already clinched 1st in the East seems a little excessive.

PASS. Bet the spread and/or the total instead.

Against the spread

Toronto is showing that it has little motivation to win by resting its star RB — let alone win by margin. Backup QBs Cameron Dukes and Bryan Scott are both expected to play some snaps, which could help Ottawa get a backdoor cover.

Redblacks LB Jovan Santos-Knox told reporters this week that they’re “going to still finish the season strong and build on to next year. There’s a lot that we can still do in 2 games.”

I’ll take the points with the side that is at least playing for pride, instead of looking ahead to the postseason.

BET REDBLACKS +8.5 (-115).

Over/Under

The Under has hit in back-to-back games for Ottawa and 4 of the last 5 for Toronto. Ottawa’s defense will be extra motivated after getting blown out in the 1st meeting, and Toronto’s offense should take a step back once Dukes and Scott see the field.

Edmonton Elks at Toronto Argonauts odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Friday’s Edmonton Elks at Toronto Argonauts Week 18 odds and lines, with expert CFL picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Week 18 schedule of the CFL kicks off Friday with the Edmonton Elks (4-11) visiting the Toronto Argonauts (12-2). Kickoff from BMO Feild is at 7 p.m. ET. Below, we analyze FanDuel Sportsbook’s lines around the Elks vs. Argonauts odds, and make our expert CFL picks and predictions.

Edmonton is coming off a 39-27 home loss to the BC Lions on Sept. 22, failing to cover as a 5.5-point underdog while the Over (50) cashed. The Elks had won 4 of their previous 5 games.

The Argonauts had a 6-game win streak snapped in a 31-21 loss at the Winnipeg Blue Bombers last week. Toronto failed to cover as an 8.5-point underdog while the Over (47.5) cashed, ending a 3-game run to the Under.

Toronto beat Edmonton 43-31 as a 5.5-point road favorite on June 25 as the Over (44.5) cashed in their only other meeting this season.

Elks at Argonauts picks and predictions

Prediction

Argonauts 37, Elks 28

Moneyline

The Argonauts had won 6 games in a row before their loss last week. The Elks, after a terrible start to the season, have won 4 of their last 6 games.

Toronto is unbeaten at home and beat Edmonton once earlier this season.

However, the risk of wagering on Toronto (-370) isn’t worth the reward.

PASS.

Against the spread

Toronto is 10-4 ATS overall this season but are 3-3 ATS in their last 6. Seven of their last 8 wins have been by more than 7 points.

Toronto already has a 12-point win over Edmonton this season.

Edmonton has averaged 29.1 points over its last 7 contests. The Elks are 6-9 ATS overall this season and 1-3 ATS in their last 4.

Toronto has averaged 33.7 points in its last 7 games.

BET ARGONAUTS -7.5 (-110).

Toronto Argonauts at Winnipeg Blue Bombers odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Friday’s Toronto Argonauts at Winnipeg Blue Bombers Week 17 odds and lines, with expert CFL picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Toronto Argonauts (12-1) and Winnipeg Blue Bombers (10-4) meet Friday at IG Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET (CFL+/TSN). Below, we analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s lines around the Argonauts vs. Blue Bombers odds, and make our expert CFL picks and predictions.

The Argonauts covered the spread as 9-point home favorites with a 29-14 win Saturday vs. the Hamilton Tiger-Cats as the Under (50.5) cashed. Toronto will rest QB Chad Kelly Friday since it has already clinched the 1st seed in the East Division. QB Cameron Dukes will instead get the start.

The Blue Bombers failed to cover as 7-point favorites in a 29-23 loss at the Tiger-Cats as the Over (49.5) hit Sept. 16 before their Week 16 bye. Winnipeg is tied for the top seed in the West with the BC Lions, who host the Saskatchewan Roughriders Friday.

Argonauts at Blue Bombers picks and predictions

Prediction

Blue Bombers 33, Argonauts 23

Moneyline

The Blue Bombers (-350) need this win to keep pace with the Lions, who are 10-point favorites vs. the Roughriders Friday. However, there’s no need to pay the higher price on the moneyline when Winnipeg should win by margin.

PASS. Lay the points and/or bet the total instead.

Against the spread

Toronto is showing how little it cares about this game by resting Kelly and Oakman, and taking a cautious approach with Peters and McManis. Toronto’s coaching staff has no motivation to win this game after locking up the 1st seed in the East and will instead shift its focus to just keeping its stars healthy.

Winnipeg is in a must-win situation in order to compete for the top spot in the West and should take advantage of Toronto resting multiple stars. Give me the team that has more motivation to win, coming off an embarrassing loss last time out.

BET BLUE BOMBERS -7.5 (-110).

FOOTBALL NEVER STOPS

Over/Under

The Over has hit in the last 4 Blue Bombers games and 10 of the last 12 meetings between these teams. While Toronto’s offense shouldn’t be as explosive as usual, I expect Winnipeg to run up the score vs. this shorthanded defense in order to secure a win.

Hamilton Tiger-Cats at Toronto Argonauts odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Saturday’s Hamilton Tiger-Cats at Toronto Argonauts Week 16 odds and lines, with expert CFL picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats (6-7) and the Toronto Argonauts (11-1) meet Saturday for a Week 16 matchup at BMO Field in Toronto, Ontario. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET (TSN+/CFL+). Below, we analyze FanDuel Sportsbook’s lines around the Tiger-Cats vs. Argonauts odds, and make our expert CFL picks and predictions.

The Tiger-Cats got off to a brutal start, but they’ve been better lately, winning and covering 3 of the past 4 games overall. Of course, the lone loss during that stretch was a 41-28 home loss to Toronto in Week 13. The Over (51) cashed in that one, and it is 3-0 in the past 3 outings for the Ti-Cats.

The Argonauts have won 11 of 12 games this season, including a perfect 3-0 straight up (SU) and against the spread (ATS) mark against Hamilton. Since a stunning Week 9 loss at Calgary, Toronto has won 5 straight while going a respectable 3-2 ATS.

The Under is 2-1 in the 3 previous matchups between these provincial rivals, with the Over cashing in Toronto’s 41-28 win on Sept. 4 in the most recent meeting.

With last week’s 23-20 win in Montreal, the Argos clinched the East Division.

Tiger-Cats at Argonauts picks and predictions

Prediction

Argonauts 26, Tiger-Cats 19

Moneyline

Toronto (-450) will cost you 4 1/2 times your potential return, and that’s just too much risk for not enough reward.

One has to wonder about Toronto’s motivation after wrapping up the East Division title. Ouellette, the team’s leading rusher, will be rested, and Phillips, the team’s 2nd leading receiver, is out with a groin issue. The Argos also have their 2nd best rusher, Harris, out with a knee ailment.

PASS.

Against the spread

HAMILTON +9.5 (-115) has rallied. The team was a mess in the 2 games following the injury to Mitchell, but the Ti-Cats have won 3 of the past 4 games, while also going 3-1 ATS. The Tiger-Cats catch Toronto the week after clinching, and that’s a good spot.

Will Hamilton scoot up the highway and steal a win in T-Dot? I’m not feeling that. However, it should be able to keep this game within single digits for its first cover of the season against Toronto, a team which is part banged up, and part cautious.

Over/Under

UNDER 49.5 (-110) is a strong play. I don’t like the fact the Argos are going to be without Ouellette and Harris, the top 2 backs. Yes, that could mean QB Chad Kelly is slinging it early and often, but I think the Toronto offense might be slightly disjointed in this post-clinch home game.

Toronto Argonauts at Montreal Alouettes odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Monday’s Toronto Argonauts at Montreal Alouettes Week 15 odds and lines, with expert CFL picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Toronto Argonauts (10-1) and Montreal Alouettes (6-6) meet Friday at Percival Molson Memorial Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET (CFL+/TSN). Below, we analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s lines around the Argonauts vs. Alouettes odds, and make our expert CFL picks and predictions.

These teams played Saturday in Toronto, and the Argonauts covered as 9.5-point favorites with a 39-10 win as the Under (52) cashed. Toronto RB A.J. Ouellette rushed for 105 yards and 2 TDs as the Argonauts won their 4th straight game.

Toronto can clinch top spot in the East with a victory Friday, while the Alouettes are trying to snap a 3-game losing skid.

The Argonauts are 2-0 straight up and ATS this season vs. the Alouettes, with the Over and the Under each cashing once.

Argonauts at Alouettes picks and predictions

Prediction

Argonauts 28, Alouettes 27

Moneyline

The Argonauts (-275) should beat the Alouettes for a 4th straight time. However, the price is too high on Toronto ML.

PASS. Take the points and/or bet the total instead.

Against the spread

The Alouettes should bounce back after getting blown out Saturday. QB Cody Fajardo and company are more than capable of keeping this game close and will be extra motivated to not lose their 4th straight. I believe it’s a tough ask to expect Toronto to beat Montreal by 7 or more points 3 times in a season. Take the points with the desperate Alouettes.

BET ALOUETTES +6.5 (-110).

FOOTBALL NEVER STOPS

Over/Under

The Over is 4-1 in Montreal’s last 5 games and 3-1 in Toronto’s last 4.

While I don’t expect Toronto to score as many points this time out, I do believe the Alouettes will contribute much more offensively and help this Over hit Friday in Montreal.

BET OVER 52.5 (-110).

Montreal Alouettes at Toronto Argonauts odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Saturday’s Montreal Alouettes at Toronto Argonauts Week 14 odds and lines, with expert CFL picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Montreal Alouettes (6-5) and the Toronto Argonauts (9-1) meet Saturday afternoon at BMO Field in Toronto. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET (CFL+/TSN+). Below, we analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s lines around the Alouettes vs. Argonauts odds, and make our expert CFL picks and predictions.

The Alouettes suffered a 34-25 setback at home against the BC Lions last weekend, dropping their 2nd straight game. Montreal is also 0-3 against the spread (ATS) in the past 3 outings but has cashed the Over in 4 in a row. The defense has struggled lately, allowing 35.0 points per game (PPG) in the past 3 contests.

The Argonauts racked up a 41-28 win against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats last week, winning for the 3rd straight game since Toronto’s lone setback in Calgary in Week 9. Toronto is 8-2 ATS in the past 10 games and has cashed the Over in the past 3 contests.

Toronto went to Montreal in Week 6 and won 35-27 as a 6-point favorite as the Over (48) connected.

Alouettes at Argonauts picks and predictions

Prediction

Argonauts 29, Alouettes 25

Moneyline

The Argonauts (-550) will set you back quite a hefty amount to wager their moneyline as you’re forced to risk 5 1/2 times your potential return. That’s way too much risk for not nearly enough reward, especially in a potentially close game between these East Division rivals.

PASS.

Against the spread

The ALOUETTES +9.5 (-110) almost catching double digits is way too much in this rivalry. While Montreal has failed to cover 3 in a row, the Als were 20-9 ATS in the past 29 trips to Toronto.

The edge goes to the Alouettes in the past 6 meetings, with Montreal going 3-2-1 ATS. The last time there was a double-digit spread in this series, the Argonauts covered as a 10.5-point road ‘dog on Oct. 18, 2019.

FOOTBALL NEVER STOPS
Live games, analysis and more 7 days a week: Get ESPN+

Over/Under

OVER 52.5 (-110) is the lean, but go very lightly.

The Over has cashed in each of the past 3 meetings in this series and is 5-2 across the past 7. The past 3 battles have seen an average of 64.7 combined points per game, which is well above the Over (48) in each of those contests.

The Over is 5-2 in the past 7 home games for Toronto and is 7-1 in the past 8 road outings for Montreal. The Over has cashed in 4 straight games for the Als, while also going 4-0 in the past 4 against winning teams.

Toronto Argonauts at Hamilton Tiger-Cats odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Monday’s Toronto Argonauts at Hamilton Tiger-Cats Week 13 odds and lines, with expert CFL picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Toronto Argonauts (8-1) and Hamilton Tiger-Cats (4-6) meet Monday at Tim Hortons Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET (CBS Sports Network/TSN). Below, we analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s lines around the Argonauts vs. Tiger-Cats odds, and make our expert CFL picks and predictions.

The Argonauts failed to cover the spread as 10-point home favorites in a 39-31 win vs. the Calgary Stampeders last time out on Aug. 25. Toronto is 7-2 against the spread (ATS) this season and has cashed the Over in 5 of its 9 games.

The Tiger-Cats covered as 10.5-point underdogs in a 30-13 win at the BC Lions last time out on Aug. 26. Tiger-Cats RB James Butler III finished with 118 yards and 2 TDs vs. his former team. Hamilton is 4-6 ATS this year only covering in its straight-up wins and has cashed the Under 7 times.

The Argonauts are 2-0 straight up and ATS this season vs. the Tiger-Cats, with the Under hitting in both meetings.

Argonauts at Tiger-Cats odds

Provided by BetMGM Sportsbook; access USA TODAY Sports Scores and Sports Betting Odds hub for a full list. Lines last updated at 6:51 a.m. ET.

  • Moneyline (ML): Argonauts -350 (bet $350 to win $100) | Tiger-Cats +280 (bet $100 to win $280)
  • Against the spread (ATS): Argonauts -7.5 (-110) | Tiger-Cats +7.5 (-110)
  • Over/Under (O/U): 50 (O: -110 | U: -110)

Argonauts at Tiger-Cats key injuries

Argonauts

  • DB DaShaun Amos (ankle) out
  • DB Josh Hagerty (shoulder) out
  • John Haggerty (knee) questionable
  • WR Cam Phillips (knee) questionable
  • DB Robert Priester (foot) out

Tiger-Cats

  • LB Kyle Wilson (ankle) out

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3012″ ]

Argonauts at Tiger-Cats picks and predictions

Prediction

Argonauts 31, Tiger-Cats 16

Moneyline

The Argonauts (-350) should beat the Tiger-Cats for a 5th straight time, but there’s no need to pay the higher price on the moneyline when Toronto should again win by margin.

PASS. Lay the points and/or bet the total instead.

Against the spread

The Argonauts have covered in the last 4 meetings vs. the Tiger-Cats and have not gone 0-2 ATS over a 2-week period since Week 2-3 in 2022.

The Tiger-Cats may be due for a letdown game after pulling off an unlikely upset vs. Butler’s former team as 10.5-point underdogs. Hamilton has won 9 of the last 11 Labour Day Classics vs. Toronto, but I don’t believe that should hold any weight since Argonauts QB Chad Kelly didn’t start in any of those meetings.

BET ARGONAUTS -7.5 (-110).

FOOTBALL NEVER STOPS
Live games, analysis and more 7 days a week: Get ESPN+

Over/Under

The Under has hit in 5 straight Tiger-Cats games, and Hamilton has only scored 22 or more points 3 times this season.

Toronto has allowed 31 points in back-to-back games but should tighten up defensively vs. a provincial rival on Labour Day.

BET UNDER 50 (-110).

Calgary Stampeders at Toronto Argonauts odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Friday’s Calgary Stampeders at Toronto Argonauts Week 12 odds and lines, with expert CFL picks, predictions and best bets.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The Calgary Stampeders (3-7) and Toronto Argonauts (7-1) meet Friday at BMO Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET (CFL+/TSN). Below, we analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s lines around the Stampeders vs. Argonauts odds, and make our expert CFL picks and predictions.

The Stampeders covered the spread as 4.5-point home underdogs in a 19-18 loss vs. the Winnipeg Blue Bombers last Friday. Calgary’s only straight-up win in their last 5 games was a 20-7 victory vs. Toronto as a 10-point home underdog on Aug. 4.

The Argonauts covered as 10-point home favorites with a 44-31 win vs. the Ottawa Redblacks on Aug. 13 before their Week 11 bye. Toronto is 7-1 against the spread this season.

Stampeders at Argonauts odds

Provided by BetMGM Sportsbook; access USA TODAY Sports Scores and Sports Betting Odds hub for a full list. Lines last updated at 11:10 a.m. ET.

  • Moneyline (ML): Stampeders +340 (bet $100 to win $340) | Argonauts -450 (bet $450 to win $100)
  • Against the spread (ATS): Stampeders +10 (-110) | Argonauts -10 (-110)
  • Over/Under (O/U): 50.5 (O: -115 | U: -105)

Stampeders at Argonauts key injuries

Stampeders

  • RB Ka’Deem Carey (quad) out
  • WR Tommylee Lewis (wrist) questionable

Argonauts

  • John Haggerty (knee) questionable
  • DB Robert Priester (foot) out

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3012″ ]

Stampeders at Argonauts picks and predictions

Prediction

Argonauts 29, Stampeders 15

Moneyline

It’s unlikely that Toronto (-450) will lose a 4th straight meeting vs. the Stampeders, but there’s no need to pay the higher price on the moneyline when the Argonauts should win by margin.

PASS. Lay the points and/or bet the total instead.

Against the spread

The reigning Grey Cup champions should get their revenge Friday after getting blown out in the 1st meeting.

Only having to lay 10 points is a reasonable price, considering Toronto closed as a 10-point road favorite in the 1st meeting. While the Argonauts lost straight up, they bounced back Aug. 13 and covered as double-digit favorites vs. Ottawa.

I don’t believe Toronto’s loss vs. Calgary should be a cause for concern. If anything, the Argonauts just seemed to lack focus after coming off wins vs. mediocre teams like the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and the Saskatchewan Roughriders. The Argonauts are just as good as we thought heading into the 1st meeting and shouldn’t lack motivation this time around.

BET ARGONAUTS -10 (-110).

FOOTBALL NEVER STOPS
Live games, analysis and more 7 days a week: Get ESPN+

Over/Under

The Under is 3-0-1 in Calgary’s last 4 games and 6-1 in its last 7 after a loss, according to Covers.com.

The Under has hit in the last 6 meetings between these teams and should cash again Friday as the Stampeders struggle to score vs. this motivated Argonauts defense.

BET UNDER 50.5 (-105).
