Nebraska receives votes in week two of the US LBM Coaches Poll

The Huskers are still waiting to crack the top 25 this season.

The Nebraska Cornhuskers received votes in week two of the US LBM Coaches Poll. In the latest edition of the poll, the Huskers tallied eight points, right between fellow Big Ten member Maryland, which scored nine points, and Boston College, which scored seven points.

The Georgia Bulldogs are ranked No. 1 with 46 of a possible 54 first-place votes. Ohio State is ranked No. 2, followed by Texas at No. 3, Alabama at No. 4, and Ole Miss to round out the top five. Oregon fell out of the top five, down to No. 6 after their lackluster victory over Idaho.
