The Buffalo Bills and rest of the NFL are trimming down their rosters to 53 total players. By 4 p.m. on Tuesday, teams must be down to that number and there might be some additional maneuvering with injury designations.
When that dust is settled, teams can then start putting in waiver claims for players that were released by other clubs around the NFL. Teams have until noon on Wednesday to put in a claim for a player and there is a specific order the goes in.
