32 players did not play in Broncos’ preseason finale

The Broncos held out 32 players in their preseason finale on Sunday. These players are likely safe (or on the trade block).

The Denver Broncos rested their starters in Sunday’s 38-12 preseason victory over the Arizona Cardinals.

Typically, NFL teams use the final game of preseason to give reps to bottom-of-the-roster players attempting to make the team. Healthy players who sit out the game usually either have their spot on the 53-man roster secured or they are on the trade block and their team does not want to risk an injury.

With that in mind, here’s the list of 32 players who did not suit up for Denver on Sunday, including 30 healthy scratches.
