Where should you draft Chase?

Chase’s fantasy value should get a boost this year with QB Joe Burrow returning healthy from a wrist injury that sidelined him last season. Dating back to their days at LSU, Burrow and Chase have shared a special connection that translates to highlight plays and touchdowns on the field.

Draft Chase as your WR1 and don’t let him fall out of the 2nd round in 10-team leagues. The Bengals offense runs through Chase. When healthy, he’s good for 90-100 catches and 1,000-plus yards. He’s even more valuable in PPR leagues because of how often he’s targeted.

Be aware, at the time of this publishing, Chase is still in contract negotiations with the Bengals. Some — including former Bengals star WR Chad Ochocinco in an interview with ESPN’s Adam Schefter — have speculated that Chase could sit out for the season if a deal is unable to be reached.
