Cody White excels in Seattle Seahawks preseason opener

Cody White excelled in the Seahawks preseason opener:

Former Michigan State football wide receiver Cody White has found a new home in the National Football League, latching on with the Seattle Seahawks. White, fighting to make a roster spot, had a great first step in that process when he excelled in the Seahawks first preseason game.

In the Seahawks opener, where Seattle beat the Los Angeles Chargers 16-3, and White caught 2 passes for 30 yards.

One of his two catches was a big time play to move the chains, showing his reliability as a target.

The Seahawks beat reporter for The Athletic, Michael-Shawn Dugar, shared that White has been excelling in practice and it carried over onto the field Saturday.
