Wisconsin football student season tickets sell out for 31st straight season

Wisconsin Badgers football student season tickets have sold out for the 31st consecutive year, per an announcement from Wisconsin Athletics.

Of Camp Randall Stadium’s 80,321-seat capacity, 14,000 of those seats are allocated for students underneath the arena’s Jumbotron. The seats are positioned in sections K, L, M, N, O, and P, as well as part of section J.

While the seats are first come, first serve, students file into Camp Randall regardless of the game’s timing. Whether it be to catch ‘Jump Around,’ sign ‘Varsity,’ or watch the opening kickoff, Wisconsin’s student section is as wild as any on game days.

The last time Wisconsin’s student section seats failed to sell out was ahead of the 1993 campaign. Ironically, the Badgers posted a 10-1 record that season and climbed as high as No. 6 in the AP rankings.

Prior to the student section ticket news, Wisconsin’s single-game ticket against the Alabama Crimson Tide sold out in just two days late June.

Regardless of the contest, UW’s student section will continue to bring the energy on every Friday or Saturday.
