The Golden State Warriors have re-tooled their roster following a difficult 2023-24 NBA season. Kyle Anderson, Buddy Hield, De’Anthony Melton and Lindy Waters III have all joined over the opening weeks of the summer. Klay Thompson and Chris Paul left the franchise for the Dallas Mavericks and San Antonio Spurs, respectively.
With so much change occurring, it’s hard to project how the Warriors’ roster will look once the new season begins later this year. However, Steve Kerr has a strong roster at his disposal with a diverse amount of talent and skill across almost every position.
In a recent YouTube video by “NBA Lifestyle,” the hosts discussed why Golden State could have enough talent to emerge as a shock candidate to lift the 2025 NBA championship. Steph Curry and Draymond Green, both being on the roster, are undoubtedly significant factors.
