Growing up in central Florida, Warren Sapp was well acquainted with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and their history of losing when the hometown team made him a first-round pick in the 1995 NFL draft.
Along with fellow first-rounder Derrick Brooks, Sapp helped change that culture in Tampa Bay over the next decade, helping the Bucs take home their first Lombardi Trophy, and establishing himself as one of the most dominant interior defenders in NFL history.
