While the Boston Celtics continue to win, and head to the Eastern Conference Finals, their point guard Jrue Holiday was named to the 2023-2024 NBA All-Defensive team. Holiday is on the second team.
The first team included Rudy Gobert, Victor Wembanyama, Bam Adebayo, Anthony Davis and Herb Jones. Holiday joins Alex Caruso, Jaden McDaniels, Jalen Suggs and Derrick White.
The 33-year-old Holiday was a first-round draft pick by the 76ers back in 2009. That was after his great college playing days at UCLA. This is the first season for Holiday with the Celtics, after spending his last three seasons with the Milwaukee Bucks.
