Taylor Swift made major changes to the Eras Tour setlist in Paris and fans lost it

Songs cut, eras moved … so much happening with the launch of the European leg of the Eras Tour.

Taylor Swift got the European leg of her massively popular Eras Tour kicked off on Thursday in Paris, France and made some massive changes. In the first of four sold-out shows in the City of Lights, Swift adjusted the setlist, cutting songs and moving entire eras around.

It’s the first show for Swift since early March, and the 14-time Grammy winner released her 11th studio album in that span. That led to a lot of hypothesizing about if and how she would implement new songs from The Tortured Poets Department.

Fans got early indications that big changes would happen as Swift cut “The Archer” from her Lover era and moved the Red era from sixth in the lineup to third. “Long Live” also seemed to get cut from the show as part of theΒ Speak Now era.

Swifties were frenetic online as they processed the changes.

 

 

Time will tell what other changes are in store as the show goes on.
