It seems like fans will have to wait a little longer for the first Swift-Kelce red carpet.

With the 2024 Met Gala taking place on Monday, May 6, it’s time for celebrities to once again descend upon New York City for the fashion event of the year. This year, the charity gala that benefits The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute has a theme of “The Garden of Time,” with Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny and Chris Hemsworth serving as co-chairs.

Previously, stars like Blake Lively, Beyoncé and Pedro Pascal have taken to the glamorous red carpet, so now there’s one big question for 2024: Will Taylor Swift and boyfriend Travis Kelce be in attendance?

Since the 14-time Grammy winner is resuming her massive Eras Tour with four shows in Paris starting May 9, it was going to be a stretch to fit everything in. It looks like that tour prep will keep the The Tortured Poets Department singer from attending, according to reports from People.
