The 2024 NFL draft officially kicks off on Thursday night and the Chicago Bears are officially on the clock. Given the fact that everyone knows who they are taking, it is safe to say that the Washington Commanders are on the clock.
The USC Trojans gunslinger Caleb Williams is expected to go first with three other names all in line to be the No. 2 selection of Williams’ hometown Commanders. Jayden Daniels of LSU, Drake Maye of North Carolina, and J.J. McCarthy of Michigan are all viable options.
There are also a slew of players who could be the first non-quarterback to come off the board including top pass catchers Marvin Harrison Jr. of Ohio State and Jayden Daniels’ teammate Malik Nabers.
Here’s when you should tune in to see the first night of the draft:
- Date: Thursday, Apr. 25
