A Nebraska basketball guard, C.J. Wilcher, has entered the transfer portal. He is confirmed to have entered the portal on Wednesday afternoon.
The fourth-year junior averaged 7.7 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 0.8 assists per game in 33 appearances. Wilcher spent one season at Xavier during the 2020-2021 season before transferring to Nebraska for the last three years.
Wilcher’s best game of the season came on February 2, when the Husker defeated No. 6 Wisconsin in overtime. The guard played 28 minutes, scoring 22 points while shooting 5-of-7 from the three-point line.
Wilcher is now the fourth Husker to enter the portal, joining Ramel Lloyd Jr., Eli Rice, and Blaise Keita.
