Florida baseball took care of business, 7-3, on Friday night in the series opener against in-state rival Miami.

The Hurricanes briefly took a lead in the third inning, but it was all Gators after that. Cade Kurland and Jac Caglianone delivered back-to-back home runs, and Luke Heyman also left the ballpark.

Cade Fisher delivered his best start of the season, allowing just three runs over 4 2/3 innings. Ryan Slater started off a little shaky but settled into the dominant relief outing Florida needed from him. Brandon Neely came in to close out the game in the ninth.

Gators Wire was in attendance for the game. Here are all of the photos from Friday night.
