At the NFL Combine, former UCLA Bruin Laiatu Latu raved about one current NFL star.
Three-time Pro Bowler Maxx Crosby has been dominating the line of scrimmage and giving quarterbacks nightmares since entering the league with the Las Vegas Raiders in 2019, totaling 52 sacks.
Latu praised Crosby on Wednesday and noted that the two will work with one another in the future.
“He’s a madman. The way he gets after it in the run… I can’t look up to him enough,” Latu said.
Noting Crosby and fellow Pro Bowl edge T.J. Watt’s “euro chop” move at the line of scrimmage, Latu is closely watching film and looking to add more moves to his arsenal.

Latu is already lauded as one of the best, if not the best, defensive lineman prospects in the 2024 NFL Draft. His enthusiasm for growth and the game makes him an attractive draft pick.
With Latu set to perform at the combine on Thursday, he has an opportunity to continue to turn heads and improve his draft stock in front of countless NFL scouts.
