Auburn baseball set to play eight televised games in 2024

Auburn will face teams such as Arkansas, Kentucky, and Ole Miss in front of a national audience in 2024.

Auburn baseball is set to begin the 2024 season this month, and fans across the country will have the chance to watch their favorite team compete on a national stage on several occasions.

ESPN released its college baseball broadcast schedule on Thursday which includes 160 games on its family of networks and 3,900 more games on digital platforms such as ESPN+ and SEC Network+. Among those 160 nationally televised games, Auburn will be featured in eight.

Auburn will play seven games on SEC Network and one on ESPNU. Auburn’s first televised game will be on March 21 when Auburn opens a three-game series against Arkansas at home for a 6 p.m. CT first pitch. The Tigers will round out the month of March by facing Texas A&M at 7 p.m. CT on March 30.

The Tigers will play four televised games in April, which will include two nonconference home games against Alabama State (April 9) and Georgia Tech (April 16). Auburn’s middle game with Mississippi State in Starkville on April 20 will also get SEC Network treatment. Auburn’s lone ESPNU broadcast will take place when Auburn welcomes Kentucky to Plainsman Park to open a three-game set on April 11.

Auburn’s nationally televised schedule will close out during the weekend of May 3-5, as the final two games of Auburn’s set with Ole Miss at Plainsman Park will be shown on SEC Network.

A vast majority of Auburn’s games this season will be streamed on SEC Network+ such as the season-opening series against Eastern Kentucky that gets underway on Feb. 16.
