USC safety Calen Bullock will not be coming back to the Trojans in 2024. He wants to pursue his professional career and get that paycheck, which is a special opportunity for anyone in position to chase that dream.
Bullock announced that he would indeed be entering the 2024 NFL draft. One of USC’s few high-profile defensive prospects will now prepare to make himself a top pro and impress NFL scouts in the coming months.
You might remember that Mekhi Blackmon surprised everyone by becoming a Day 2 pick in the 2023 draft, going to the Minnesota Vikings. Bullock would love to be in that same position. That would be a tremendous result for him, all things considered. Nothing is guaranteed or likely, so Bullock has some work to do to put himself in a spot where Day 2 is a realistic possibility. If not, Bullock should still get drafted for sure. Any team that might take him on Day 3 could get considerable value.
We wish Calen Bullock the best as he embarks on his pro career.
