The Falcons have signed defensive lineman Carlos Davis to their 16-man practice squad

The Atlanta Falcons signed defensive lineman Carlos Davis to their 16-man practice squad on Thursday, according to team reporter Terrin Waack.

Davis, 27, was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the seventh round of the 2020 NFL draft. After three seasons in Pittsburgh, Davis was signed to the Falcons’ 90-man training camp roster but did not make the team.

Atlanta had one practice squad vacancy after the Giants poached defensive lineman Timmy Horne on Thursday. Check out the team’s updated 53-man roster and 16-man practice squad entering Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts.
