Bills, Jets have fight inside tunnel at Highmark Stadium after final whistle

Things got heated in the tunnel at Highmark Stadium:

Emotions spilled over off the field after the Buffalo Bills’ 32-6 win over the New York Jets.

Following the final whistle, players from the two teams got into a tussle in the tunnel at Highmark Stadium. The home of the Bills only has the one route to leave the field for both teams. It doesn’t happen often, but an exchange did reportedly go down.

According to SportsNet New York, the two at the center of the exchange were Buffalo offensive lineman Dion Dawkins and New York defensive lineman Michael Clemons:

During the contest, the two players got into it as well. Dawkins was penalized for an unnecessary roughness against Clemons. Dawkins ended up making a bit of a scene out of that play on the field, but he did end up with the call against him.

Evidently, there were still some upset feelings from the loss and potentially from the penalty that Dawkins took.
