Mark Andrews suffered a cracked fibula, ankle ligament injury in win over Bengals

Ravens tight end Mark Andrews is expected to miss the remainder of the 2023 season with a cracked fibula suffered in the win over the Bengals

The Ravens are 8-3 and steamrolling toward the AFC playoffs, but they’ll be making the journey without star tight end Mark Andrews.

Early on Friday morning, head coach John Harbaugh confirmed that the Pro Bowl tight end suffered a severe ankle injury after a questionable tackle from Bengals linebacker Logan Wilson.

Ian Rapoport reports that Andrews suffered a fractured fibula and damage to an ankle ligament.

Andrews had a pair of catches for 23 yards on the opening drive but was forced to exit the game before Gus Edward scored the first of two rushing touchdowns on the night.

Andrews is Lamar Jackson’s favorite target and will finish this season with 45 receptions for 544 yards and six touchdowns.
