The Buffalo Bills have been all sorts of messy on offense this year, and it cost Ken Dorsey his job.
The offensive coordinator was fired, and the franchise will have quarterbacks coach Joe Brady step in and take over.
So who is Brady? Well, for one, he’s NOT related to that Tom Brady fella.
No, Joe Brady worked his way up into the NFL coaching ranks after roles with the New Orleans Saints, LSU under Ed Orgeron, and in 2020, he was hired by the Carolina Panthers to be the offensive coordinator under Matt Rhule after some HUGE success with the Tigers.
somehow, joe brady is four years removed from being the next big thing in coaching…and he hasn't even turned 35. or been the next big thing in coaching.

That lasted until December of 2021, with Rhule firing him after the Panthers went 5-7. He then joined the Bills as QB coach and here we are. We’ll see if this means good things for his future.
With Ken Dorsey's firing in Buffalo, have to think that Joe Brady has a real shot at a second full-time #NFL offensive coordinator job, if the #Bills offense turns around at all down the stretch.
