Bills Wire Week 4 Player of the Game: Stefon Diggs

Probably not the only award Diggs is getting this week…

In an attempt to beat the NFL to it, Bills Wire has named receiver Stefon Diggs as the Week 4 Player of the Game against the Miami Dolphins.

The Bills (3-1) finished the first month of the season on top of the AFC East for the first time this year thanks to a 48-20 win over the Dolphins (3-1). Since the opening day of the year, Miami has held off Buffalo, but once to the two went head-to-head, the Bills came out on top.

In big part thanks to Diggs.

The Bills’ All-Pro receiver had six catches. Half of them went for scores as Diggs notched a trio of touchdowns.

In total Diggs had 120 yards in the outing. All his touchdowns were impressive, none more so than his second when he broke two defenders and took the ball 50-plus yards down the field for a score:

While a very impressive stat, Diggs is actually… prone to pulling off the feat. He has multiple times in his career, most recently in 2022. Diggs had three scores in Week 2 last season against the Tennessee Titans.

Few will have a problem if Diggs decides he wants to do that in Europe, too… as soon as next week. The Bills travel to face the Jacksonville Jaguars (2-2) next out in London.
